Mass Adjust Prices
CAUTION: This is an advanced feature which may or may not be available depending upon your role’s ACL restrictions and should be used with extreme caution. There is no undo button.
It cannot be over-emphasized that this is an ADVANCED feature that should be used with great precaution. There is no “undo” for changes made.
When enabled, this tool provides the ability to mass adjust (or change) pricing on a storefront. If your user account has permission to access the feature you’ll see a link on the main Catalog page to Mass Adjust Prices.
Step-by-Step Guide
Log into your admin.yourwebsite.com
Click Catalog in the left menu
Click the Mass Adjust Prices link in the top menu
If ACL permission exists for your role (*contact your hub’s administrator if your role permissions don’t allow you to see the link or if when clicked you see a blank screen – your role doesn’t have permission to access this feature), once the page loads, you can select the site where you would like your changes to be implemented. In the screenshot from a hub below, note the first entry is the parent Hub and the two below are two storefronts under the hub. Storefronts will only see their storefront as selectable.
After selecting the storefront where you want your adjustments to be applied, you will be given the option to Autoset prices OR Manually set prices. See below for explanations and steps for each option.
Use caution, follow provided instructions in tooltips, and use extreme caution before using either method to mass adjust pricing on a storefront. These changes will likely be irreversible!
