How to use the CMS Revision History Differences Tool

Here you will learn how to compare different revisions of existing pages

Step-by-step guide

  1. Go to Storefront CMS → CMS Features → Website Pages

  2. Select "Revision History" located beneath the Template/Page Name name you wish to check

  3. This will bring up all the various revisions made to the order. To compare two different versions select the checkbox next to them and then select "Compared Selected Revisions" at the top of the page

  4. You will see both pages side by side with certain segments highlighted.

    1. Red: Red means that this line was removed between the two revisions.

    2. Yellow: This means this line was modified between the two revisions

    3. Green: This means this line was added between the two revisions.



The CMS Revision History tool is a tool used to show the difference between future products. Please be careful when modifying your admin as it can cause pages to become nonfunctional.
