Browse Orders/Quotes & Jobs by Status

Here you will learn how to browse orders, quotes and jobs specifically by status

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Login to your administration panel admin.yourwebsiteaddress.com

  2. Click on either the green Orders button. This will take you to a list of all orders not in Complete, Unpaid or Void/Pending status. Alternately click the "Orders" icon located in the upper-left of the administration panel, between the Home button and the Search bar.

  3. You will be taken to your main orders page. Here you can choose to modify your search variables depending on the options you select. You may select more than one option at a time by checking or unchecking the box next to the option of your choice. The options are as follows:

  • Filters

    • Region Filters

      • Midwest - Show all jobs that originated from Midwest customers

      • West Coast - Show all jobs that originated from West Coast customers

      • East Coast - Show all jobs that originated from East Coast customers

      • South - Show all jobs from Southern US customers

    • Days Filtered - Allows you to filter job by 1 day, 1 month, 1 year or show all.

    • Incomplete - This job has not finished production. This will show all jobs not in Completed status


  • Statuses

    • Quote -  This will show all Quotes that have not yet been processed to Ready To Order status

      • Waiting on Quote - The quote is waiting for a price to be calculated by an estimator.

      • In Progress - The quote is being worked on by an estimator.

      • On Hold - The quote has been placed on hold by the estimator. There could be various reasons for this but there should be notes saved as internal quote notes.

      • No Bid - The quote has been set to No Bid by the estimator. There could be various reasons for this but there should be notes saved as internal quote notes.

      • Ready To Order - The quote price has been set by the estimator and the quote is ready to be converted into an order.

      • Ready for Storefront (*Viewable by Hub Only) - The quote price has been set by the estimator and the quote is ready to be converted into an order by the storefront.

    • Pending -  This will show all jobs in Pending status. Pending means that it is in your system but not paid for.

    • Approved - This shows all jobs in Approved status. Approved means that the job has been paid for or an administrator with proper access pushed the job through despite lack of payment

    • On Hold - Shows all jobs that have been placed on hold. On Hold jobs are ones that your production staff has discovered flaws in that would make it impossible to print

    • Pre Press -  Shows all jobs that are in pre-press. This means the artwork has been checked and found ready to print but has not yet started printing. This is the last step where customers should be able to halt the job process.

    • In Production - Shows all jobs that are in-production. It is strongly recommended you only set jobs to In Print once they've actually gone into printing. 

      • In Design - Shows custom graphical designs that are in production.

        • None - Job is waiting to be assigned to a sub status.

        • Required - Job is waiting to be assigned to a graphic designer.

        • On-Hold - Job is on hold and is waiting for more information from the client.

        • Being Designed - Job is being designed.

        • Proof Approval - Job is design is complete and is waiting on customer feedback.

        • Proof Approved - Job is design has been approved by customer and final artwork is attached to job.

      • In Print - Shows jobs that specifically in-print. This is a more narrow field than In Production which shows all jobs in production.

      • In Bindery - Shows jobs currently in the bindery process. This is a more narrow field than In Production which shows all jobs in production.

      • In Mail Department - Shows jobs being mailed as part of a mailing service.

      • Ready - This shows all jobs that have finished printing but whose estimated completion date has not arrived. Customers are not sent an email or any update at this time. The job will automatically be set to Complete when the estimated completion date arrives

    • Partially Completed -  Part of the job has been completed and released to the customer.

    • Completed - The customer's job is completed. They will have gotten an automated email telling them it was picked up/shipped out. 

    • Review - Any jobs placed in In Review show up here. In Review is to mark customers who have issued a complaint about the job.

      • Issue Reported - An issue regarding a job has been reported and is waiting to be investigated.

      • Investigating - The issue is currently under investigation.

      • Escalated - The issue is still under investigation but has been escalated to a supervisor.

      • Closed - The issue investigation has concluded. The results of the investigation should be saved as internal job notes.

    • Unpaid - This shows any job with an unpaid balance.

    • Void - Jobs that are cancelled. 

    • Declined - Job payment has failed to be processed. This is a response that is returned when attempting to charge a credit card. 



You can select multiple choices, such as "Midwest" and "Completed" to see ever order finished from the Midwest. This can help narrow down specific trends.
