Adding Box Sizes - (HUB Only)

Here you will learn how to add box sizes in your shipping settings.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Login to your administration panel admin.yourwebsiteaddress.com

  2. Click "Shipping" on the left hand navigation then Click "Manage"

  3. Click "Select Box" at the Bottom of the screen.

  4. Select "New Box" at the bottom of the list, then input the dimensions of the box and set the max weight allowed for that box and click save, that box will not be available in the system anywhere boxes can be assigned.

Make sure to add the correct dimensions and max weight for each box.
