How to submit a support ticket

Step-by-step guide

  1. Goto your admin panel i.e. admin.yourwebsite.com

    1. If NOT logged in click on the "Open Support Ticket" button

    2. If you are logged in click on the help icon in the upper right hand corner of your screen and then click "Submit Support Ticket" link

 

The ticketing system is for software related ideas, bugs, questions or just overall feedback.



Ticket Submission Guidelines

We ask that you please help us to help you by being as detailed as possible when submitting a support ticket; the more accurate the information you provide the faster we will be able to resolve your issue. Below are some tips:

   * Provide the url (if any) where you are experiencing difficulty
   * Include any error messages that occur on-screen or are emailed to you or your customer
   * Explain step-by-step how to reproduce the scenario or problem you are describing
   * If you think a screenshot or a video would help, please include as many as you can
   * State when the problem started and what changes were made immediately beforehand
   * Provide your domain name details whenever possible. The easier it is for us to understand the problem, the faster the resolution!
