Custom Size Explained
Here you will learn about the custom size feature of products in your website administration panel.
Step-by-Step Guide
Custom Size is available on select products, the availability of this feature is set at the HUB only. Storefront licenses do not have access to enable or disable this function.
When available it will be displayed as Custom Size at the bottom of the size option pull-down.
Selecting “Custom Size” will reveal two additional drop downs providing choices of a range of dimensions in increments of .25
The prices displayed are derived from the next largest size, for example, if 2.75 x 4.5 has been selected, the price served would be for a 3 x 5
Custom size pricing cannot be set or edited, it will always pull from existing products, if you want to have editable pricing for sizes that are not available aside from those listed using custom size, you must create those as actual products of their own.
