Set Up MX Records - CAUTION
NEVER change the nameservers set up on your domain’s registration. These MUST stay pointed to our AWS instances in order for users to continue to be pointed to your storefront and you to your admin. Changing them will disrupt access to your site.
AutoPrint Software users often ask how they can access the email addresses for their storefront domain.
e.g. They want to know how they can set up their phone or installed email client or web based browser email client to read and reply to email addresses set up using their storefront domain.
In order to do so, users have to subscribe to email hosting with an email service provider like RackSpace or similar. Once email hosting is set up, the email hosting provider can provide MX records that can be populated into their DNS in their admin using the AutoPrint Software DNS Management Tool.
