Undeleting/Restoring a Contact

Here you will learn how to undelete an existing contact.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Login to your administration panel admin.yourwebsiteaddress.com

  2. Click "Contacts" on the left hand navigation > "Browse All"

  3. Select the "Deleted Contacts" filter so you can view all contacts that have been previously deleted

  4. Type search criteria for the contact you are looking for

  5. Check the box next to the contact(s) you wish to un-delete

  6. Click Update, the contact will be un-deleted. This may take up to 5 minutes to be reflected in your Browse Contacts pages as this page has a cache that clears every 5 minutes automatically.
