Editing transactions

Here you will learn how to edit a transaction via your website administration panel.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Login to your administration panel admin.yourwebsiteaddress.com

  2. Go to the the job details page

    1. You can open this page by clicking on a job number

  3. Once on the job details page scroll 3/4 of the way to the bottom of the page and look for the Transactions area

  4. Click on any transaction number and the edit transaction area will appear



    1. If there is an unpaid amount, once you charge the credit card the transaction will automatically appear in this area

    2. If no transactions have been added or you need to manually add a transaction for some reason you can click the "Insert New Transaction" link

  5. Once you are done be sure to click the save button
