Reassigning Contacts To Another Sales Rep

Here you will learn how to reassign ALL existing contacts (customer / leads) from one sales rep to another sales rep via your website administration panel.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Login to your administration panel admin.yourwebsiteaddress.com

  2. Click "User Roles / ACL" > "Roles" on the left hand navigation

    1. Click "Browse Sales Reps" on the browse roles page

  3. Find the sales rep you want to remove the contacts from and click "Release"

  4. Once completed, the released contacts will be considered "Unassigned".

  5. You can view unassigned contacts by going to the browse contacts page.

  6. To reassign the contacts to a new rep click the unassigned link displayed above




  7. You can assign the contacts to one rep or share the contact between multiple reps





If a sales rep is not assigned to a contact, that contact may experience trouble placing orders and performing other actions
