Customizing Homepage Content blocks

If your selected storefront theme uses standard homepage content blocks, you can customize the content appearing in those blocks. This article describes the process used to customize your homepage content blocks section.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Login to your administration panel admin.yourwebsiteaddress.com

  2. Click "Storefront CMS" then "CMS Features" on the left hand navigation

  3. Click "Theme Settings"

  4. Go to the "Homepage Content" tab of the theme settings

  5. Enter HTML code to override the homepage content blocks

  6. Click Save/Update Layout

Enable & disable displaying of this section

  1. Login to your administration panel admin.yourwebsiteaddress.com

  2. Click "Main Menu" then "Settings" on the left hand navigation

  3. Go to the "Settings Categories" tab of the settings

  4. Expand the CMS section

  5. Click edit on the "Home Page Popular Images" setting

  6. Change the pull down to "Yes" to display or "No" to hide it on the storefront



A created and activated layout is required in order to edit the "Homepage Content"
If you do not see the "Homepage Content" tab please make sure that the "CMS (Home Page Type)" option is set to "Default" and not "Customizable" under Settings → Store Setup → CMS.
