Sales Reports

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Login to your administration panel admin.yourwebsiteaddress.com

  2. Click "Reports" on the left hand navigation

  3. Select "Sales Report"

  4. Select the Report you want to run and adjust the date range as necessary.

 

NOTE: Availability of some reports is controlled by ACL roles and permissions.

  • Index - Each report below is a shortcut to the current month’s data represented by the report (date range can be changed after the report is loaded), whereas the index allows you to set a specific date range prior to selecting your Sales report type.

  • Payout for Everyone - Used to review all sales reps commission payouts in one summarized view. The Sales with Profit Breakdown report should be ran and all jobs must be verified first before the Payout for Everyone report summary view will display. This report should be used when doing commission payout/payroll. (Does NOT use a date range.)

  • Sales with Profit Breakdown - Used to display detailed sales information. It can be used to display which jobs commission has not been paid on and/or which jobs were ordered during a specified date range. (May or may NOT use a date range.)

  • Storefront Payout - Used to review a summary of the storefront commissions that are owed. (Does NOT use a date range.)

  • Weekly Layout Profit - Used to review weekly sales by layout and is segregated by rep. This report has 4 categories. Date Range, Previous Week, Current Week and Four Week Average.

  • Sales Tax - Used to review sales tax collected.
    NOTE: The collected amount shown in this report is the total amount charged for the job. It includes all line items as well as tax, shipping, discounts, coupons and any other fees that make up the total price of the job.
    Please note Taxable + Tax Exempt Sales may not match the Total Collected Amount. This is because shipping may not be taxed, but shipping is included in the collected amount.

  • Daily Performance - Used to display daily website performance i.e. how many new orders/jobs/quotes, how much was collected and how many new contacts were signed up.

  • *(HUB ONLY) Site Activity - Used to display overall website activity i.e. how many new orders/jobs/quotes, how much was collected and how many new contacts were signed up.

  • *(HUB ONLY) Storefront Sales - Used to display overall storefront sales per month sales.

  • Weekly Sales - Used to review weekly sales. It also will display a breakdown for sales growth/decline with statistical information.

  • Quote Breakdown By Sales Rep - Used to review quote details and conversion count.

  • Monthly Breakdown - Used to review a monthly order/job count and will also display each month's total collected, cost and profit. (Does NOT use a date range.)

  • Order Statistics - Used to review overall order/job statistics. It will display each month's and year's gain/loss. (Does NOT use a date range.)

  • Option Breakdown - Used to review trends and percentages of the option values selected for orders that were placed.

  • Unpaid - Used to review a summary of the unpaid amounts for each customer along with aging details. (Does NOT use a date range.)

  • Unpaid Storefronts - Used to review a summary of the unpaid amounts for each storefront along with aging details. (Does NOT use a date range.)

  • Payment Type - Used to review a summary of the payment types submitted to the system. This will give you a good idea how your customers are paying i.e. Cash, Credit, Check.

  • Transactions - Used to review transaction IDs for authorizations and revenue collected.
