CAUTION: This is an advanced feature which may or may not be available depending upon your role’s ACL restrictions and should be used with extreme caution. There is no undo button.

It cannot be over-emphasized that this is an ADVANCED feature that should be used with great precaution. There is no “undo” for changes made.

This option provides the user with a universal option to set all pricing using recommended tier markup percentages applied to the values in the SF cost (HUB) or WS column.

After pressing the Autoset Prices button, you will be presented with a cautionary confirmation window.

If you choose OK, you will see a basic confirmation message while the request is being submitted to a processing queue, and after the page reloads you see a message indicating your update request was submitted to a queue to be processed.

If you choose CANCEL, you will presented with additional confirmation messaging providing you with increasing granular options to mass adjust your pricing. The first tier asks if you would like to edit the storefront’s existing suggested tier markup levels before applying changes.

If you select OK, in addition to sections allowing you to define how and where your tier markup changes will be applied, a section labeled Amount will be loaded allowing you to make changes to the Suggested Tier Markups prior to applying tier markups to your storefront pricing.

If you select CANCEL you will be presented with a confirmation message allowing you the opportunity to specify what level(s) you would like for your suggested tier markups to be applied across.

If you select CANCEL, no changes will be made and you will be returned to the main Mass Adjust Prices page.

If you select OK, you will be presented a series of selections to walk you through the process of selecting

  1. the level to which you would like your changes to take effect,

  2. the type of price modifications you would like make at that level or levels,

  3. and, depending upon which selections you made for level and what type modification, a hierarchical set of choices providing you the opportunity to select tiers, categories, and if selected products, options, and values to which you would like the specified changes to be applied.

    (and/or)

NOTE: If you selected a deeper level to which you would like your adjustments applied, each selection will reveal deeper selections to which you can to apply your price adjustment.

(e.g. In the illustration above, Yard Signs was selected revealing a list of yard sign size options, and after a size was selected a set of option categories was revealed, from which Colors was selected, which revealed the various values under that option category. Note the current pricing at each tier is listed at the product > size > option category > value level. The number of available choices is completely dependent upon the structure of your product catalog.)

  4. If the selections you made in the Modify Price section warrant entering a numerical value, once you have made selections for categories (and other areas as designated) you will see the AMOUNT text entry field. NOTE: In this field you can enter a value as a dollar value (5.00) or a percent (5%).

  5. It’s highly suggested you carefully review your selections from top to bottom on the page before finally pressing the SUBMIT button to initialize the application of your defined price changes.
